Executive Vice President – Thomas Mitchell
Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company announced the promotion of Tom Mitchell to the position of Executive Vice President effectively immediately. Tom most recently served as General Manager after working his way through multiple positions with the company starting in shipping 5 years ago. His new duties include overseeing sales, marketing and manufacturing.
Tom is the son of owners Gwen and Ed Mitchell, founders of Mitchell Golf Equipment Company. Before joining the company, he spent 3 years in the PGA apprentice program at two courses on Hilton Head Island and at a local club in the Dayton Ohio area. Tom and wife Katie have a 10 month old son Lucas.
“This realignment of responsibilities was made necessary,” states Ed Mitchell, Chairman of the company, “after Mike Stevens assumed another position with the Zelocity launch monitor company.” “We are sorry to see Mike leave after 10 years with our company and we wish him the best in his new pursuit.”
