Mitchell® Golf Master Class Full Again
News Release
Dayton, OH – Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute (MGEI) completed another Master Club Performance Fitting Technology School on May 14th. Just like each class before it, students came from all around the world to fill each seat. To date, the Master School has been a huge success in the MGEI repertoire because it combines every aspect of club repair, fitting and performance into one accelerated curriculum. In only 6 days, students can achieve Master Certification and be back on their way.
The class was led by Larry Baldridge, Director of Business Development & Education, with assistance from Tom Mitchell, CEO, and Ed Mitchell, Chairman. Mitchell® Golf Re-Launches Website & Publishes Future School Dates

Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company, Dayton, Ohio has re-launched its website at http://ww.mitchellgolf.com. The new website has a fresh look and is more user friendly. Customers are able to find products with ease and the checkout process is quicker due to registration requirements.
All of Mitchell Golf’s new products, such as grips and shafts, will be added over time so customers will have something to look forward to each day. Furthermore, the new website will feature functions like predictive text searches and product demonstration videos. Continue »

Mitchell® Golf Receives Recognition As PGA Education Provider

The PGA of America has re-named Mitchell Golf Equipment Institute, Dayton OH as a Pre-Approved Education Provider for PGA Member Continuing Education. MSR credits have been credited to PGA members attending Mitchell schools since 1999 but the new pre-approved status makes it easier for PGA members to earn those credits.
In 2009 the PGA of America called on Ed Mitchell, PGA, member of the National PGA Education Committee and Chairman of Mitchell Golf, to assist in rewriting the PGA curriculum for golf club performance and alterations, which is administered in its Professional Golf Management Program for both Apprentices and the recognized college programs. This was accomplished by using the curriculum being taught at the Mitchell Golf Equipment Institute schools as a model and incorporated into the instruction curriculum. Continue »

Mitchell Golf Announces Social Media Winners

DAYTON, Ohio – Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company has completed its two and half month social media drive. The Mitchell Golf Facebook Fan Page, Twitter Page and Linkedin Page have all grown substantially. The Facebook Page saw the greatest increase in traffic with a 600% increase in followers. New and old followers were presented with an opportunity to win free tuition to the Mitchell Golf Equipment Institute or Mitchell Golf tools.
Tuition to Mitchell Golf’s Club Repair & Shaft Performance Technology School, a $499 value, was claimed by: Michael Hauk, PGA from Holly Hills CC; Greg Greksa, PGA from John Budwine Golf Academy and Chris Hearn, PGA from Sound Approach Golf Academy. The Club Repair & Shaft Performance Technology School provides an excellent way to learn all the necessary bench skills that go along with club repair, modern shaft technologies, and how to use a Mitchell Angle Machine. Mitchell Golf Announces Big Winners From PGA Show

Mitchell Golf To Attend 2012 PGA Merchandise Show – Booth #1709

DAYTON, Ohio – Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company, booth 1709, has announced that it will participate in the 59th PGA Show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This will be the 23rd consecutive year Mitchell Golf has attended the show after releasing its original STEELCLUB® Angle Machine at the first PGA Teaching Summit in Dallas, Texas in 1988.
Mitchell Golf will introduce its new STEELCLUB® Signature Irons Machine, which is Tour Van inspired, at this year’s show and promises to have some unique promotional activities. To date, the Master School has been an instant success in the MGEI repertoire because it combines every aspect of club repair, fitting and performance into one accelerated curriculum. In only 6 days, students can achieve Master Certification and be back on their way.
