Status Guide
Pending payment
We have your order, but payment has not cleared yet. Nothing is scheduled until it does.
Processing
Your payment has gone through and your order is confirmed. It is waiting to be entered into our system.
Acknowledged Most common
Your order has been received, entered into our system, and is currently being worked on.
On hold
We are waiting on something before we can continue - payment confirmation, stock, or a detail from you. We will be in touch.
Once an order is closed
Completed
Your order has been built and shipped. Carrier tracking is in your shipping confirmation email.
Cancelled
This order was cancelled and will not be built. If that is unexpected, contact us.
Refunded
This order has been refunded. Allow a few business days for the funds to appear.
Failed
Payment did not go through, so the order has not started. Place it again or contact us.
Lead Times
Lead times vary by machine or tool and can range from 0 to 3 weeks.
