The 2018 PGA season may be ending soon, but the excitement is still in full swing!

Hard to believe the playoffs and the 2018 PGA Season will come to an end on Sunday.  What a year it has been!  Brooks Koepka successfully defending the US Open and adding a third major at the PGA Championship was the main attraction in my opinion.  Bryson DeChambeau winning the first two stops of the playoffs has also been amazing to watch.  And, of course, the return of Tiger Woods, hands down the comeback player of the year.  Now the season heads into the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Take a look at the latest scenarios to see the chances of your favorite player taking top honors:

No wonder this is my favorite time of year, especially in Michigan.  The weather is starting to cool down and sports are in full swing.  Football season is underway and baseball playoffs are around the corner.  This is as good as it gets!

But my passion still lies with my favorite team event, the Ryder Cup.  I was watching the replay of the 2016 Ryder Cup last night from Hazeltine.  The show that Patrick Reed and Rory McIllroy put on will forever be remembered for their amazing and animated play.  I couldn’t be more excited to see what happens this weekend in Atlanta and next week in France!

I know it is a busy time in the US for all courses, but please feel free to reach out to me anytime.  I am currently scheduling appointments for the 2019 PGA Merchandise show in Orlando, and you can email me at patrick@mitchellgolf.com or call me at 800-437-1314 if you would like to set something up. I am also planning on being in Augusta in April – my favorite week of the year!

On another note, we are working on bringing back our fitting and repair schools – stay tuned for more information coming soon.

I hope that everyone has a great fall golf season!

-Patrick
