If you’ve called Mitchell Golf for any reason in the past month, then odds are that you’ve been greeted by the cheery voice of our office manager, Danielle Riker. Danielle grew up in nearby Concord and graduated from Hanover High School. She then went on to graduate from Trine University in 3 ½ years as a double major in psychology and criminal justice. She did all of this while working full time at a nearby hotel and being a member of Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority.
After college, Danielle put her criminal justice degree to work as a correctional officer in Nashville, Tennessee. After spending a few years down south she decided that it was time to return to Michigan to be closer to family and started a job as a recruiter for a local staffing agency. When Danielle started searching for a new challenge she heard about the opening at Mitchell from an employee of our parent company, Caster Concepts, and decided to apply.
In her new role, Danielle does everything from taking orders and shipping to maintaining accounts receivable and payable. When asked, Danielle will tell you that the best part about her job is getting the chance to build relationships with the customers that she interacts with on a regular basis.
Outside of work Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors with her young sons, Brayden and Jaxon who got the chance to experience their first Michigan snowfall this year, and her boyfriend Jayden. She loves family time with all of her siblings and her mom and step-dad, as well as always learning new things.
